1. Introduction

By using n8nchatui.com, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the n8nchatui.com application.

3. Service Types and Licensing

n8nchatui.com offers two distinct types of services: Standalone Widgets and Managed Widgets. Each service type has its own licensing and payment model.

3.1 Standalone Widgets License

3.1.1 Legacy Customers (Purchased Before October 18, 2025)

For customers who purchased their Standalone Widget license before October 18, 2025, the original terms continue to apply:

  • Premium access through a single purchase
  • No recurring fees or subscriptions
  • Complete self-management of widgets
  • Full customization capabilities including footer customization and branding options
  • Access to all current and future premium features for standalone widgets

3.1.2 New Customers (Purchasing On or After October 18, 2025)

For new customers purchasing Standalone Widget licenses on or after October 18, 2025, the following updated model applies:

Core License (One-time Payment):

  • Premium access to the core widget platform
  • Complete self-management of widgets
  • Full customization capabilities
  • Access to all features available at the time of purchase
  • Bug fixes and security updates

Support & Updates Plan (Optional Recurring Purchase):

  • Access to new features and enhancements released after your purchase
  • Continued customer support
  • Extended compatibility updates
  • Early access to new features

The Updates Plan is an optional recurring purchase that provides access to new features for a specified period from the date of purchase. You will receive notifications via email and in your dashboard before your Updates Plan expires, allowing you to manually renew if desired. Without an active Updates Plan, your license will continue to work with all features available at the time of your original purchase.

3.1.3 General Terms for All Standalone Widget Licenses

The following terms apply to all Standalone Widget licenses regardless of purchase date:

  • Each license is valid for use by a single user account and cannot be transferred
  • The license is permanently tied to the OAuth account used during purchase
  • If you need the same features for a different account, a separate license must be purchased
  • The account and its benefits may not be transferred to other users

3.2 Managed Widgets Service

Managed Widgets operate on a prepaid credit system with the following terms:

  • Credits must be purchased in advance to use managed widgets
  • Each message processed through our proxy service consumes one credit
  • Credits expire 90 days from the date of purchase
  • Credits are consumed in First In, First Out (FIFO) order
  • Credits are non-transferable and tied to your specific account
  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
  • When credits are depleted, managed widgets will stop processing new messages
  • Low balance notifications will be sent to help maintain service continuity

Managed Widgets include:

  • Secure proxy service for message handling
  • Private webhook URL protection
  • Centralized widget management
  • Real-time analytics
  • Enhanced security features
  • All premium customization features

We retain the right to terminate access to either service type in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.

4. Refunds and Payments

4.1 Standalone Widget License Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to premium features, Standalone Widget license purchases cannot be refunded once the upgrade is processed.

For new customers with Support & Updates Plans:

  • The core license (one-time payment) cannot be refunded once processed
  • Support & Updates Plan purchases cannot be refunded once processed, as they provide immediate access to new features
  • Since the Support & Updates Plan is not an automatic subscription, there is no cancellation process - it simply expires after the specified period
  • Expiration of the Support & Updates Plan does not affect your core license functionality

4.2 Managed Widget Credits Refunds

Message credit purchases for Managed Widgets are final and non-refundable because:

  • Credits are activated immediately upon purchase
  • Credits can be consumed instantly for message processing
  • The service begins providing value immediately

We recommend purchasing credits based on your expected usage to avoid excess.

5. Service Limitations and Data Handling

5.1 Service Limitations

We do not warrant that n8nchatui.com will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed.

5.2 Data Processing and Storage

For both Standalone and Managed Widgets:

  • We do not store any chat messages or conversation data
  • All message content flows directly between your website and your n8n workflow

For Managed Widgets specifically:

  • Messages are processed in real-time through our proxy service
  • No message content is stored, cached, or logged
  • Analytics data is limited to technical metrics (message counts, timing, etc.)
  • Webhook URLs are stored securely and never exposed publicly

This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

6.1 General Service Warranty

n8nchatui.com does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the service. We shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims which arise out of or in connection with our services.

6.2 Service-Specific Limitations

For Standalone Widgets:

  • We do not guarantee the security of your self-managed webhook URLs
  • We are not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from exposed webhook URLs
  • Service interruptions due to your infrastructure are not our responsibility

For Managed Widgets:

  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime of the proxy service
  • We are not responsible for message delivery failures due to your n8n workflow issues
  • Service interruptions due to depleted credits are not considered service failures
  • We do not guarantee specific message processing times

6.3 Liability Limits

We shall not be liable for any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. In the event that we are deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that our liability is limited to:

  • For Standalone Widget licenses: The amount paid for the license
  • For Managed Widget services: The value of unused credits in your account

7. Responsibilities and Security

7.1 Standalone Widget Responsibilities

For Standalone Widgets, users are fully responsible for:

  • Implementation and management of their widgets
  • Security of their n8n webhook URLs
  • Protection of their backend services
  • Proper configuration and maintenance
  • Compliance with security best practices

7.2 Managed Widget Responsibilities

For Managed Widgets, responsibilities are shared:

Our Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the proxy service infrastructure
  • Securing message transmission
  • Protecting your webhook URLs
  • Providing real-time analytics
  • Ensuring service availability

User Responsibilities:

  • Proper configuration of n8n workflows
  • Maintaining adequate credit balance
  • Appropriate use of the service
  • Compliance with usage policies
  • Proper implementation of widgets

n8nchatui.com is not responsible for:

  • Content of messages processed
  • End-user interactions
  • Customer's n8n workflow implementation
  • Service interruption due to depleted credits

8. Service Terms and Updates

8.1 Standalone Widget License Terms

8.1.1 Legacy Customers

For customers who purchased before October 18, 2025, our original one-time payment model continues to provide perpetual access to all premium features:

  • Pricing will not change for your existing license
  • You will retain all benefits at your original purchase price
  • All premium features available at time of purchase will remain accessible
  • Future premium features will continue to be included at no additional cost
  • No Support & Updates Plan is required for legacy customers

8.1.2 New Customers

For customers purchasing on or after October 18, 2025, the updated model applies:

Core License:

  • Provides perpetual access to all features available at time of purchase
  • Pricing may change for future new customers
  • Core functionality will always remain accessible

Support & Updates Plan:

  • Pricing may change with 30 days notice for new purchases
  • Each Support & Updates Plan purchase provides access for a specified period from the purchase date
  • No automatic renewals - you must manually purchase each renewal period if desired
  • Email and dashboard notifications will be sent before expiration to remind you of renewal options
  • Features added through the Support & Updates Plan will remain accessible only while your plan is active
  • If your plan expires without renewal, access reverts to the core license features

8.2 Managed Widget Service Terms

For Managed Widget services:

  • Credit pricing may change with clear notice
  • Existing unused credits remain valid at their original terms
  • Service features may be enhanced or modified
  • Technical limitations may be adjusted based on service requirements
  • Rate limits and usage policies may be implemented or modified

8.3 Terms Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. For existing customers:

  • Changes affecting core features and rights promised at the time of purchase will not apply retroactively
  • Material changes to terms will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect
  • Existing customers will be given the opportunity to review and accept updated terms
  • If you continue to use the service after the new terms take effect, it will constitute acceptance of the updated terms
  • Changes required by law or addressing security concerns may take immediate effect
  • Non-material changes or additions of new features may be implemented without prior notice

Your core purchased rights and access as established at the time of purchase will be honored and preserved, even as terms evolve for new customers.

9. Authentication and Account Sharing

n8nchatui.com exclusively uses OAuth-based authentication to ensure account security and prevent unauthorized access sharing. Each license is tied to a specific OAuth identity and sharing of accounts or access credentials is strictly prohibited. The license is non-transferable and valid only for the OAuth account used during the initial purchase. Users requiring access from multiple accounts must purchase separate licenses for each account. Any attempt to circumvent these authentication measures or share access with unauthorized users will result in immediate account termination without refund.

10. General Terms and Law

You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and n8nchatui.com as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of n8nchatui.com. You agree that we will not be liable by reason of any representation, act, or omission to act by you.
