Third-party providers we use to run n8nChatUI, and which of them process personal data on behalf of our customers.

We use a small number of third-party providers to run n8nChatUI. This page lists those that process personal data on behalf of our customers, and separately those that process our own customer data.
Sub-processors — customer end user data
These providers are involved in processing data belonging to visitors to our customers' websites. They are sub-processors under our Data Processing Agreement.

Chat message content is never stored, cached or logged by us or by any provider above. It passes through the proxy in memory and is forwarded to your n8n workflow.
Our own service providers — not sub-processors
These providers process our own customers' account data — your name, email, billing — but do not process your website visitors' data. They are not sub-processors under the DPA.

Changes to this list
We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor.
Notice is given by email to the contact on your account and by updating this page. To receive notifications, email [email protected] and we'll add you to the list.
If you object to a change on reasonable data protection grounds, tell us within the notice period and we will work with you to find an alternative. If we can't, you can terminate the affected part of the service without penalty and we'll refund unused prepaid fees pro rata.
