License Agreement

Software license agreement for the N8N Chat UI Standalone License.

This agreement covers the License for Standalone Widgets (the "License"), a one-time purchase that grants perpetual access to premium widget-building features on the N8N Chat UI platform (n8nchatui.com), including unlimited saved widgets, full customization options, custom CSS overrides, footer branding removal, and other benefits described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

The License grants a single account holder the right to use these premium features to create, customize, and embed chat widgets on their own websites. It does not grant any rights to the underlying source code, platform infrastructure, or associated documentation, and does not permit publishing, distributing, sublicensing, reselling, or creating derivative products from the N8N Chat UI platform itself.

Each License is valid for use by a single business entity or agency only. Additional Licenses must be purchased for use in separate businesses, even if owned by the same individual or company.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL N8N CHAT UI BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SERVICE.

The user of the License represents and warrants that they will at all times comply with applicable law in their use of the Service.

This License is subject to and should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
